A great get together last night and, after our goodbyes to the Lilja family, we headed for Dover. We arrived a bit ahead of time so managed to get onto an earlier ferry. Got onto the motorway and made good headway, stopping overnight at a spot we found last year, at Catillon-sur-Sambre by the canal. Starving hungry by now and no restaurants so we bought saucisses et frites from a fritterie van; sausage and chips have never tasted so good!
